According to the law of Ukraine, for any vehicle, there must be an insurance policy. The cheapest (mandatory) insurance is called OSAGO, it is also a car, it is also a car citizen. Almost any insurance company insures vehicles like Osago, but the cost of each company is slightly different.

In principle, you can ride a mote without insurance. That is, by law, you MUST have an insurance policy with you if an accident involving your motorcycle is committed. That is, if you just eat and you are stopped by a traffic cop, you are NOT OBLIGED to show him insurance!

But, in order not to spoil your nerves and not to prove to the traffic cop that you are not a deer, it is easier to insure a motorcycle.

The price of insurance for a motorcycle up to 300 cubes is 286 UAH per year in the insurance company Oranta. If the mot is more than 300 cubes, then you will have to pay 580 UAH per year. On the websites of insurance companies, there is a so-called insurance calculator, where by entering the necessary data, you can find out how much OSAGO insurance will build. By the way, you can insure not only for a year, but also for 8, 9, 10, 11 months. But the price at the same time, decreases literally by 20 UAH. Therefore, I recommend, nevertheless, to insure the motorcycle for a year.
