How to choose a quality bike, and not a fake

We all love to save money, especially where the difference between the real and the "linden" is not visible to the naked eye. (Here we will not consider situations that are generally characteristic of the domestic reality, when local merchants sell only "Chinese" consumer goods, and there are no longer any producers left).
But a bicycle is a tool of increased danger and the breakdown of any node can lead to injuries and scratches. A real bicycle is also an object of pride for its owner and an object of envy for others (like a German car for a driver) – a rather serious reason to overpay a little. Below are the points, paying attention to which you can once again amuse your arrogance.
Frame. Perhaps the most important part of the bike. It should not have unnecessary details, the seams are smooth, without stains.
Plug. Whose reliability is easy to check – clamping the brakes and resting on it with your weight, while there should not be a large backlash.
Wheels. Here, too, everything is simple, there should be no eights, and the tire should not have a marriage.
Seat. On a high-quality seat there should be no uneven seams, protruding threads and cracks, it should be anatomically comfortable.
Bearings. The meanest detail in the lime tree. Verifying authenticity is easy. Placing the wheel in the "free flight position" twist it – the rotation should be long and quiet. When removed from the bike, they must be free of deformations, shavings and rust.
Additional equipment. When choosing between several bicycles of the same price category, preference should be given to specimens with fewer different "whistles and farts".
The weight of the bike. Not more than 17kg unless you are Hercules.
Moment of purchase and warranty. A serious manufacturer will always provide a guarantee for their product, and the bicycle is no exception. The store should help determine the size of the frame, as well as assemble and adjust the bike for you.
