What happens if the motorcycle runs out of gasoline?

On weekends, I once again went to the village, 200 km from Kiev. Well, what can I say, already my motorcycle confidently rides 80 km per hour on the highway. It is even really possible to accelerate and up to 90-100 km per hour.

Only at speeds above 90 begins to rattle the steering wheel terribly, more precisely, not to rattle but to shake, so it is not comfortable to go at such speeds on the jubra, but 80 km per hour is just right.

I reached the village in 4 hours, although it was really possible to do it in 3 and a half, I just took a ride through Chernihiv. The return trip took the same amount of time because…

What will happen if the motorcycle runs out of gasoline

Because I didn't refuel at the turn, because the gas station was not branded, so I decided to fill up later. And before that, "later" it was necessary to go 80 km, and the fuel sensor needle was already in the red zone.

I remember reading somewhere that one guy ran out of gas on his scooter and his rear wheels locked and he fell. I started to get a little scared that I would have the same thing :-). And so I drove no more than 60 km per hour.

And so I'm going and waiting for the gas to run out and now it's running out :-))). The engine just stays spinning gradually reducing the rev, you gas and the bike doesn't go). That is, that's okay! The wheels do not lock.

I stopped on the side of the road, switched the faucet to reserve and drove on. But I still drove no more than 70 km per hour. Since at this speed you can drive on. As a result, I still managed to get to the next gas station and was very happy to pour fuel into my horse!

This was my lesson – you need to refuel more often, especially if you do not know where the next gas station is!

Well, the reserve of course saves. On it you can drive on the jubra another 30-40 kilometers!
